Mobile Basic Needs Program - Traveling Resource Center

We understand that transportation for our unsheltered friends is a barrier to accessing resources.  Our unique "mobile approach" ensures we meet people where they are to provide:

• Mobile Outreach & Care Coordination (Navigation Services/Direct Service Referrals)
• Mobile Mail Services
• Mobile Meal Delivery Service
• Mobile Distribution of Basic Needs Items
• Resource Connect Solano:  Case Conferencing, Homelessness Certifications and Coordinated Entry Intakes

Community Action Academy

Interfaith Coalition

The Interfaith Coalition Cafe meets on the 4th Saturday of each month from 10-11 am to network, share information and ideas, and partner with each other to serve the needs of our unsheltered friends.   Coalition members partner with VT's Mobile Basic Needs Program, the "VT Annual Memorial Ceremony for People without Shelter,"  VT's Seasonal Events, and other advocacy efforts.
